Ocean Life Survey is an environmental consultancy founded in 2013, which is focussed on the aquatic marine and freshwater environments. We deliver expert advice, research, project delivery, and surveys around the world, for marine industry, government agencies, and NGO sectors.
Ocean Life Survey develops and deploys novel cutting edge technologies and methodology, as well as using existing research tools, to meet our clients needs and deliver improved marine and freshwater operations, research, monitoring, conservation and protection outcomes.
We offer expertise in desk and lab research, planning, and remote monitoring, together with field operations and logistics, data assessment and reporting. We can provide aerial UAV and underwater UROV operations, as well as traditional land, sea and manned aerial surveys, and provide vessel based marine monitoring and protection systems.
Ocean Life Survey also works to develop new techniques and equipment for survey and protection of the marine environment and marine species, including systems to detect and reduce whale ship strike risk; detect and reduce marine mammal fisheries bycatch risk; and allow marine mammal and seabird nocturnal monitoring and study. We have successfully delivered the assessment, design, commission and instillation of marine artificial habitats, are also working on other engineering, geoengineering and biological solutions to achieve marine and freshwater biodiversity enhancement; carbon capture and sequestration; coral and sea ice protection.
Ocean Life Survey offers you are services, to meet your needs, and deliver for your organization.
